Quick Knockdown Sanitary Piston Pumps for Food and Personal Care Applications
Maximum viscosity up to 100,000 cps and flow rates up to 14 gpm (53 lpm). Lowers available in stubby, drum and bin lengths.
The SaniForce 5:1 transfer piston pump is constructed of 300 series stainless steel, with a 2 inch (50.8 mm) sanitary tube flange outlet and can be fitted into open-head drums or directly inserted into a 4.5 inch (114 mm) closed-head drum bung. Our sanitary piston pumps are ideal for most food-related, cosmetic and personal care applications.
- Flow rates up to 14.0 gpm (53 lpm)
- Maximum fluid pressure of 400 psi (28 bar; 2.8 MPa)
- Siphon up to 5,000 cps and up to 100,000 cps if immersed
- Available in double-ball and priming piston designs
