Equipped with two pumps and flow rates up to 300 gpm (1,135 lpm), Graco’s 3150 BES pump can move materials up to 100,000 cps

The SaniForce 3150 Bin Evacuation System (BES) evacuates viscous products from their original 300-gallon containers without dilutioning the material.  Standard with an inflatable ram plate seal, the BES allows a quick replacement of the empty container. A pneumatic version is available for applications that do not require metering or batch control and an electronic version is available for those applications that do.

• Equipped with two pumps and flow rates up to 300 gpm (1,135 lpm)
• Maximum fluid pressure of 120 psi (8.4 bar, 0.84 MPa)
• Eliminates the need for booster pumps
• Evacuation times of less than 5 minutes for most materials
• Available with pneumatic or electronic controls
• Evacuate viscous products, up to 1,000,000 cps, from their original 300 gallon (1,135 l) containers without dilution
• Suitable to pump products such as: tomato paste, light peanut butter, icing, frosting, jams and jellies, toothpaste and heavier ointments
